Spam bot. Someone registered a bunch of accounts (from different IP addresses) and is now using them to spam the board. We are working on a solution.

OK everyone. I have been informed by the site admin. that steps are being taken to insure the spammer doesn't play havoc with the site anymore. We heard you and listened to you about this and are trying to make sure it doesn't happen again.
