Basically how to start... a friend of mine told me you can also make money with exchanging or something across those lines.

Well, not doing this, that's for sure :) Although there are plenty of companies out there that offer "free-meum" model. You get the service for free, but have to pay a nominal fee to upgrade to a premium version (for example: evernote.com).

How do we apply this model to TF* shoots? Beats me...
